You agree NOT to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Interfere with or disrupt our Services
• Use our Services for fraudulent purposes

5. KENO Token — Knowledge Utility Token (KUT)

5.1 Utility Token Classification

KENO is classified as a Knowledge Utility Token (KUT) — a utility token earned through completing educational courses on the Kenostod Blockchain Academy platform. KENO is deployed as a BEP-20 token on Binance Smart Chain (contract: 0x65791E0B5Cbac5F40c76cDe31bf4F074D982FD0E).

5.2 Token Utility

KENO provides the following utility within the Kenostod ecosystem:

• Educational achievement recognition (250 KENO earned per course completed)
• Access to Flash Arbitrage Loan (FAL) features
• Governance voting rights on platform proposals

• Platform feature access and participation

Kenostod Blockchain Academy LLC is a registered limited liability company in the State of Wyoming, USA (Registration ID: 2026-001863120).

5A.2 Money Services Business

Kenostod Blockchain Academy LLC is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business (MSB Registration: MRX26-00001866).

5A.3 AML/KYC Compliance

We maintain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance programs in accordance with the Bank Secrecy Act. This includes:

Participation in the Wealth Builder Program is subject to:

• Verification of course completion and quiz scores

• Our right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time

7. API Usage

API access is subject to:
